Caramelitzed apple whit camembert cheesse and duck ham

 

Main course

Fondue: Beef and veal meat, sole, prawns and shrimps with tempura. All of it served with seven sauces and to add a vegetable note: a mushroom and a bit of red pepper

 

Dessert

Fresh fruits with hot chocolate

 

Wines

Red , white or rose wine to try from the list.

 

To celebrate the New year

Cava, grapes, torrons (Typical local sweet for this celebration) and of course, the New year’s Eve party
